Myopia presents with blurry distance vision, but generally gives good near vision. In high myopia, even near vision is affected as objects must be extremely close to the eyes to see clearly, and people with myopia cannot read without their glasses prescribed for distance.

THE SERIF FAIRY
It’s an archetypal story of the quest and belonging, told through a unique vehicle that educates and entertains at the same time, letting children learn about typography without realizing they are.

This is a really lovely book for children interested in type design and layout. It is published by Mark Batty Publisher. The book is about a little fairy who has lost her wing and the book takes us on a journey through landscapes made up of letters from different typefaces.

I think this book would be a nice gift, not just for a child, but anyone with an interest in type.

Victor and Susie
It is a new children’s book from design studio Brighten the Corners, illustrated entirely from type. The story concerns Victor – a snail with a hole in his shell – and Susie, who decides to help him get better.

Little Bee Lost

It’s the story of a bee that gets lost in a forest and meets a bird who helps bring him home with a few exciting adventures with other animals along the way. It’s aimed at 2 – 4 year olds, or any kid that like colourful pictures of striped animals.

FMP WEEK 41

After developing from the sketch and combined with some idea, I tried to use hand-drawn board to continue to create a new character.

In order to let more children notice the harm of myopia, I decided to create another story as a contrast. The story of a little boy is as a demonstration of the correct way to guide audiences based on the theory of eyes health care prevention.

After supervision I need to work harder to pass this module, and a lot of your development work seems very rushed with little care and attention.

The Personas and Data visualization were rushed and I return to these methods and improve their quality. i will display this research in the exhibition.
